A series of workshops which help in development of your business at any stage. These sessions are an invitation to welcome the feeling that everything is possible and to take active, agile steps to make your dream project happen.
1. Crystallize the idea
We can start working while the idea is still being born. Creating a list of ideas and taking further iterative steps to clarify what the idea is. We can also look at the story about it: how do you briefly explain what this idea is and how would you explain why you are making this idea happen? Your motivation and story is important.
The practical aspects of making it happen are important as well. We can look for the name and domain, think of the team that you may beed internally and externally as well as look at an early stage business model.
2. Bring it to the world
What is the minimal lovable product that you are able to bring to the world? „Minimal” meaning that you may choose to focus on some aspects of your project first and „lovable” is an invitation to create something that you are passionate about. It does not have to be perfect. Just bring it out there. You’ll learn so much from the first feedbacks you’ll receive after your first launch.
3. Take further agile steps
What does it mean that the steps are agile? We take one, learn, listen, receive feedback, fine tune and remain open to next learnings. It’s a continuous, iterative process of development. We look at scaling and sustaining your project too.
