Breath is your guide and a tool

It’s available for you at any moment as your anchor. You can always come back to it and observe it to return to this moment and release stress or intrusive thoughts. You can also use active breathing to give yourself what you need: relaxation, activation, insight. 

Conscious Connected Breath

It’s a form a active breathing focusing on inhaling which can take you right where you need to go at any given moment. It enables you to travel deep creating a similar experience as deep meditation. It can be a form of release of stress from the body through movement, crying, laughter and voice. Sometimes we may not even know exactly why crying or laughter happens in this practice so the invitation is just trust.

Your body knows what to let go of so just trust the process and trust your body. Time to let go and gain energy for the new. 

Mindfulness

“Mindfulness is always mindfulness of something” - Thich Nhat Hanh

It’s a practice of observing your experience at this moment. We observe varioud fields available now such as the field of your breath, sensations in your body, feeling life flowing through. Senses as well as thoughts and emotions you may feel are also fields to observe. 

Paying attention to one or more fields brings us back to this moment. Becoming an observer may feel relaxing and though relaxation it can open you to intuition and insight.

Relaxation 

It’s a rare find in our daily life. The story that we hear is quite different: productivity is the key so you can rest, but only to gain energy for your next task. 

This is a practice of relaxation with no goal other than just to be. It’s a human right and important part of human nature. Observe animals and they way they relax without blaming themselves. Allow yourself for regular relaxation with no goal in mind. You can use mindfulness and breathwork techniques to discover the beauty that already is at this moment.
